• Account Information: Email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

• Stripe — for payment processing

Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymized usage metrics may be retained for service improvement.

On-Device AI Processing

StayReply's AI runs entirely on your device. Your inputs, the text you paste, and the output generated are processed locally in your browser and are NOT transmitted to, stored on, or processed by our servers. No cloud AI provider ever sees your content.

• We cannot access your AI inputs or outputs. There is no server-side copy to retrieve.
• Your content is not used to train any model.
• The only network traffic is downloading the model weights on first use and standard page assets.
• Clearing your browser data removes any locally cached model and history.

Your Rights

You may request:

• Access — a copy of all data we hold about you
• Deletion — complete removal of your account and data
• Correction — updates to inaccurate information
